We just sold our condo in West Palm Beach Florida, City Place South Tower, and used Seth Koretzky at Modern Living Group. After having a consultation with him on the phone and taking his advice on doing a small renovation ( new countertops, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures Paint etc) to achieve a higher price and make it more attractive to sell we moved forward.
